Who we are

This website is operated by Anywork Space LLC under the ANY WorkSpace brand. Anywork is a product we are developing. It is not yet available, and this website does not offer accounts or account connections.

What this website collects

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not collect bank or gig app information.

Like most websites, our hosting provider, Netlify, processes standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. Netlify uses this to deliver the site and keep it secure and reliable.

The Help shape Anywork survey

If you fill in our “Help shape Anywork” survey, we collect the answers you choose to give. Only your name and email address are required. Optional questions cover:

We use these answers to understand what independent workers need, to decide what to build, and to contact you about research or product updates if you said you would like that. We only send product updates if you tick the box asking for them.

Survey answers are submitted through Netlify Forms and stored with Netlify, our hosting provider, which may also screen submissions for spam. Questions about your answers? Email info@anyworkspace.ai.

Early-access sign-up

If you sign up for early access on our homepage, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your name. We use them only to invite you to try Anywork and to keep you posted on early access. Sign-ups are submitted through Netlify Forms and stored with Netlify, our hosting provider, which may also screen submissions for spam.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not include analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. When you sign up on the homepage, your name and email are kept temporarily in your browser’s session storage so the survey can fill them in for you. They stay on your device and are cleared when you close the tab.

When you email us

If you email info@anyworkspace.ai, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this to reply to you and, if you ask, to discuss taking part in research for Anywork.

Please do not send bank details, account passwords, tax documents or other sensitive records by email.

Research sessions

Before a research session, we will explain what information we are asking for and how it will be used. Taking part is voluntary.

Account connections in Anywork

You can’t connect bank accounts or gig apps to Anywork yet. Nothing on this website connects to your accounts. Before we turn on account connections, we’ll explain what data we access and how we use it.

Disconnecting an account

Once connections are available, you will be able to disconnect any account at any time. Disconnecting stops Anywork from receiving new information from that account. It does not, by itself, delete information that was already collected. Before connections launch, we will explain what happens to that information after you disconnect.

Deleting your information

Deletion is a separate request from disconnection. Today, the information we hold from this website is limited to early-access sign-ups, survey answers and emails you send us. To ask us to delete them, email info@anyworkspace.ai from the address you used. When account connections become available, we will explain how to request deletion of connected-account information and how long it is kept.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice as Anywork develops and as our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
